When preparing your meat whether it be chicken, cow, turkey, goat or even bush meat; it is important to aim for maximum flavour with little effort. Today I am going to summarize how to cook meat for your Nigerian beef stew

Materials

  • 1 lb meat
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 pinky sized ginger
  • 1 scotch bonnet

Spices

  • 1 tbsp curry
  • 1/2 tbsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tbsp thyme
  • 1/2 tbsp paprika
  • 2 stock cubes
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Wash meat with water and salt. Rinse thoroughly then place in pot
  • Blend onion, ginger, garlic and scotch bonnet with very little water and pour into pot. then season . Let it boil for 30 minutes
  • Separate the meat from the stock .
  • Grease pan and place just meat in it. Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees
