- 1 lb meat
- 1 onion diced
- 2 garlic
- 1 pinky sized ginger
- 1 scotch bonnet
Spices
- 1 tbsp curry
- 1/2 tbsp salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 2 stock cubes
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
Wash meat with water and salt. Rinse thoroughly then place in pot
Blend onion, ginger, garlic and scotch bonnet with very little water and pour into pot. then season . Let it boil for 30 minutes
Separate the meat from the stock .
Grease pan and place just meat in it. Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees
