Peel shrimp , cut salmon into cubes and season both with salt, pepper, thyme and paprika.
Add olive oil and butter to a skillet and once hot sear salmon for a few seconds on each side and set aside on a plate. Repeat step with shrimp and set aside
Add a little more butter to the pan and fry onion and garlic till aromatic. followed by heavy cream, pepper blend and a little lemon juice
Add seafood into the sauce and gently mix. Cook on low heat for 4 minutes or until the sauce thickens.( Add some pasta water if sauce is too thick)
Add pasta to sauce and toss gently. Garnish with spring onions and serve
