When preparing your meat whether it be chicken, cow, turkey, goat or even bush meat; it is important to aim for maximum flavours with little effort. Today I am going to summarize 6 steps to prepare meat for MAXIMUM flavour( stew edition)
Steps on how to prepare meat
1. Wash the meat
2. Prepare fresh marinade with blended vegetable – onion, garlic, ginger and scotch bonnet
3. Season with dry spices
4. Boil for 20-30 minutes on low heat- This is done with very little water. We boil the meat to tenderize it and extract the stock
5.Seperate the meat from the stock
6.Grease pan and bake meat in oven for 20 minutes at 450 degrees

How to cook meat for stew
Materials
- 1 lb meat
- 1 onion diced
- 2 garlic
- 1 pinky sized ginger
- 1 scotch bonnet
Spices
- 1 tbsp curry
- 1/2 tbsp salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp thyme
- 1/2 tbsp paprika
- 2 stock cubes
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper
Instructions
- Wash meat with water and salt. Rinse thoroughly then place in pot
- Blend onion, ginger, garlic and scotch bonnet with very little water and pour into pot. then season . Let it boil for 30 minutes
- Separate the meat from the stock .
- Grease pan and place just meat in it. Bake for 20 minutes at 450 degrees
